Who is this for?

Individuals & Group circles

  • If you have been suffering from what seems to be nervous system dis-regulation and that shows up as anxiety, depression, as physical symptoms or illnesses and you are ready to heal.

  • You have worked through your issues and stories with talking therapy and now you are ready to dive into the body’s realm to go deeper.

  • You might have relational challenges, such as loss, intimacy, trauma, or issues arising from work, education, childhood experiences, and life direction, and you are ready to get to the roots of things.

Corporate & Charities

Having worked in corporate and startups for more than 8 years, I know how easy it is to forget about your wellbeing and mental health. Burn out is a thing, and loosing connection with yourself, others around and your life purpose can be quite painful resulting losing one’s health and to chronically debilitating illnesses.

I develop holistic workshops with a practical and experiential approach to support your and your employees’ mental health and wellbeing, tailoring my somatic therapy, Yoga, and Breathwork offerings to your needs.

How?

  1. Deeply listen develop internal awareness to track and understand the language of the nervous system on the mind, body, and human level.

  2. Notice and observe unhelpful cyclical patterns that keep you stuck.

  3. Interrupt and re-design these patterns that you noticed by fluently speaking the secret of the language of the body.

Using the BASEM framework to support you, you will learn to listen to the messages in your body through the quality of the Breath, the Actions your body wants to take, the Sensations you feel, the Emotions you become aware of, and the thoughts, interruptions and story your Mind has given to all of the above.

Ready to go deeper through one-on-one therapy?

Let’s talk about t/Trauma, shall we?

Trauma may begin as acute stress from a perceived life-threat or as the end product of cumulative stress. Both types of stress can impair, sometimes seriously, a person’s ability to function with resilience and ease. Trauma may result from a wide variety of stressors such as accidents, invasive medical procedures, sexual or physical assault, emotional abuse, neglect, war, natural disasters, loss, birth trauma, epigenetics, systems, or the corrosive stressors of ongoing fear and conflict.

Trauma often manifest in somatic symptoms: physical pain, muscles tension, physiological arousal, numbness, agitation and more.

Somatic therapy aims to address the somatic aspects of trauma for a more holistic and comprehensive approach to healing. Being trained at the Integrative Bodywork, and Movement Therapy Institute (IBMT) provide foundational support for me to walk the journey with to resolve the  imprints t/Trauma left/stored in the nervous system.

With the one-on-one sessions, you start to develop deeper awareness to what is happening in the body at a cellular level. The goal is to uncover and reveal deep memories and stories and awaken deeper potentials within for healing that can shift the somatic effects of trauma. Living life from an intuitive place rather than from a survival place requires grounding ourselves in safety to feel what have been neglected and disrupted. Expect to find alignment, balance, and harmony withih.

Resolving bodily chronic symptoms with Movement Re-patterning

If you’re an alive body, no one can tell you how to experience the world. And no one can tell you what the truth is, because you experience it for yourself
— Stanley Keleman

Habitual holding patterns in the body and muscles restrict our range of movement and the openness of the joints. Energy get used to hold a muscle in constant contraction, and therefore the elasticity of the muscle is lost and there is less energy available for activity so that we become more easily tired. Therefore if we can bring awareness to the unconscious patterning and introduce a new message, a conscious re-patterning at this level, we can coordinate the neuromuscular programming through Practicing the Basic Neurocellular Patterns with the intended movement. Through this active focusing of attention and awareness, energy and intent can be brought into alignment in the performance of the action and achieve aliveness.
